My Story

From burnout to breakthrough.

By the end of 2024, things looked great on the outside — but under the surface, everything felt off.

At 23, juggling life as a personal trainer, osteopath, and trying to be an entrepreneur, there was momentum… but no fuel. My energy was low. My mood was flat. My drive had dropped. Training felt pointless. Life felt either overstimulating or numb — rarely balanced. My spark was gone.

Eventually, the signs became impossible to ignore:

  • Constant fatigue, even with sleep.

  • Low appetite and flat training sessions.

  • No motivation to do anything.

  • A lack of presence — in relationships, in my career, in life.

  • A deep, lingering sense of disconnection and loneliness.

In January 2025, the rebuild began.

I ordered a testosterone blood test. The results showed I had the hormone levels of a man 20 years older than me. I was 23 — with the testosterone levels of someone nearly double my age.

That was the moment everything changed.

I didn’t chase a quick fix. I just returned to the foundations — physically, mentally, emotionally, and structurally:

  • Training with purpose.

  • Eating to support hormones, recovery, and performance.

  • Getting sunlight, sleep, and movement daily.

  • Searching for opportunities to connect with people.

  • Structuring life for energy, not burnout.

  • Creating space for deep work and real rest.

  • Chasing down joy, connection, and personal growth.

And slowly, things started to shift.

Energy came back. Confidence grew. My relationships deepened. My business started to expand. And for the first time in months, I felt like I could breathe again.

That journey became the spark for T3: Test. Train. Thrive.

This platform was built for people like us — ambitious, capable, driven — but with a lost connection to their power. Whether it’s grief, burnout, low mood, anxiety, or just feeling flat… I’ve been there. And I decided to build a system to come back from it — stronger, more grounded, more alive.

T3 isn’t just a program. It’s a philosophy.
